Hi, I’m Ola (Aleksandra) Nowak and I’m a sports and performance psychologist. I hold a degree in General Psychology from SWPS University in Sopot, and completed postgraduate studies in Sports Psychology at the same university in Wrocław. Additionally, I have undertaken certified Level 1 Solution-Focused Therapy training at the PSR Center. Furthermore, I am a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
My professional focus includes collaborating with youth and adult athletes across various individual and team sports disciplines, as well as working closely with parents and coaching staff to foster strong relationships within the athlete-parent-coach triad.
Beyond sports, I support the development of individuals in diverse performance environments, including artists, filmmakers, and musicians. I have a proven track record in facilitating team growth within business organizations, ranging from start-ups to corporate settings.
With a lifelong passion for sports, I possess over fifteen years of competitive experience in volleyball clubs in Poland, Belgium, and the USA.
I am also a member of the British “Athlete’s Transition Programme,“ dedicated to supporting professional athletes as they navigate career changes post-retirement.
Committed to excellence in my field, I actively seek supervision in my practice and prioritize continuous learning and professional development.
I offer consultations and workshops in both Polish and English, aiming to empower individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

I provide online consultations that are flexible and accessible from any location, tailored to your specific needs and expectations while maintaining professional ethics. Each session typically lasts between 50 to 60 minutes and is conducted on secure and widely-used platforms.
In-person meetings can also be arranged at a mutually convenient location.
Ongoing Psychological Support
As a sports psychologist, I offer continuous psychological support for coaching staff, teams, and individual athletes. I design personalized support programs based on precise needs and long-term goals, ensuring comprehensive and effective collaboration.
Workshops and Group Sessions
I conduct workshops and group sessions for diverse audiences including teams, athletes, parents of athletes, managers, and coaches. The workshop content is customized following a collaborative assessment of needs, challenges, and specific group requirements. Depending on the topic, I equip participants with practical tools to enhance resources and develop skills for overcoming challenges.
